are the staff. Kelly, Keisha, Sean, and the inimitable Ms. Carmen made our time so special. They are incredible people: warm, hard-working, and committed to excellence. As a former service worker, I can tell you that it is difficult and doing it well is an art. They are skilled professionals who have mastered their craft. We spent most of the time in the house because we were there to work. They all respected our routine and made sure we had everything we needed so that we could focus on meeting our writing goals. The always delicious meals prepared by Ms. Carmen began with Kelly who regularly shopped for the freshest seafood, fruit, and produce. We were well fed!! In fact, we were so spoiled that it was very hard to come home to "normal" life. We're already planning our next stay.
