We had a fantastic stay at The Royal Palms villa in Silver Sands, spending three unforgettable nights in total relaxation. The villa was immaculately maintained, and the beach was breathtaking. A huge part of our experience was thanks to Ms. Ruth and Ms. Annette, whose warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly at home. We had an excellent stay at Royal Palms. The pool is fantastic and there is great shade on the pool deck. Furnishings and fixtures are modern and AC is available throughout the house. Staff were courteous and professional, as well as cooking great food.

Food preparation could be improved.
Customer/Guest hospitality (friendliness) could be improved for one of the staff. - She appears to be moody.

Had a great time. Good villa, helpful staff (although truthfully the accents can be a challenge - be sure to clearly outline what you want because I'm sure your non-Jamaican accent is also as confusing as their Jamaican accents are).

Do note that 2 of the bedrooms are not on the main level - a little inconvenient, but manageable.

Would have liked to have a general store on premise - for things like water toys and floaties etc. for the kids. But generally a fabulous experience.
