The housekeeping staff performed admirably, maintaining the home in a neat and tidy manner. They also took care of the laundry on multiple occasions throughout the week. We were grateful for the provision of fresh towels, including an ample supply of beach and swim towels as per our requirements.

How were your meals?

The prepared meals were quite enjoyable. The red peas soup stood out as excellent, and the oxtail dinner was also great. I was pleased that my son, who has multiple allergies, could still relish the rice and peas. The staff accommodated our meal requests and their company was a delightful addition to our dining experience.

Did you have any negatives?

We were thrilled to discover that the villa provided a golf cart, which was a great convenience for exploring the Silver Sands Community. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the golf cart on the property was not up to par compared to others we saw. Since there were several of us staying in multiple villas, we relied on the golf cart to navigate the community easily. It was especially important for my mother, who required assistance. Unfortunately, when the golf cart became inoperable for three out of the seven days, it posed a significant inconvenience.

Was there anything we could have done to improve your stay?

I think it would be beneficial to plan ahead and have a clear understanding of what is provided in the villa to ensure a comfortable stay. While the master suite was of a good size and the master bathroom was spacious, we encountered an issue with the jet tub. Unfortunately, the jets did not turn on when we attempted to use them.
