Sahra, Miranda, and Melissa of the Essentrics Training Academy visited Silver Sands Jamaica in December 2012 to scout locations for their exercise videos and to work with Mysilversands in developing fitness vacations at Silver Sands.

The Essentrics Team stayed at the beautiful Santa Margheirta Villa with its "killer view" of the Silver Sands Beach.
