There are three levels: ground level includes the Private Gym and Bedroom 5; second or main level includes Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 as well as the Living and Dining Room, Lounge, Verandah, Back Porch, and Kitchen; and top level features the Master Bedroom Suite.
To the East of Rock Hill is the Park with Gazebo, a common area maintained by Rock Hill for the benefit of the Silver Sands community.
Staff to Prepare And Serve All Meals At Your Convenience. A butler resides in the separate staff quarters. His primary responsibility is the comfort of guests and their enjoyment of Rock Hill Villa.
