There are no buildings between this vacation rental villa and the Caribbean Sea except for a thatched-roof cabana. There are many coconut trees framing spectacular sea views. Such a location demands taking full advantage of the sea - that means water sports!

Available Free at Endless Summer Villa for Use by its Guests with a licensed lifeguard and upon signing of the Liability Waiver:

1. Endless Summer has a range of watersports equipment which is available for guests to use with the licensed lifeguard. Guests must agree to sign the liability waiver and to follow instructions of the lifeguard.

2. The watersports equipment includes the following:

• Kayaks

• Standup Paddleboards

• Boogie Boards or Body Boards

• Snorkeling Equipment - Masks, Fins, and Snorkels

• Flotation Devices

3. While some guests only want to lie on the beach, others want a more active stay and wish to engage in all sorts of watersports. Therefore we would like to facilitate the use of the watersports equipment for our guests.

4. This may be possible if guests do the following:

1. Request the use of the watersports equipment. Contact the Rep to make this request.

2. Agree to and sign the Liability Waiver.

3. Follow instructions of our Lifeguard in their use of the equipment on a daily basis.

4. Guests agree to return the equipment in the condition received and be liable for any loss or damages to the equipment.

5. We are making the use of the watersports equipment available free of charge. By including the use of water sports equipment with the rental of this villa, Mysilversands and the Owners of Endless Summer have walked the extra mile to facilitate the enjoyment of the guests’ stay at the villa.

Only use the equipment that you are capable of using safely.

Our range of water sports equipment has been purchased through Amazon. Endless Summer will do its best to provide a range of sizes of snorkel gear and flotation devices but cannot guarantee that any particular size will be available.

Guests are responsible for the equipment and are required to return all equipment in the condition received (fair wear and tear excepted). Losses and damages will be chargeable to guests and the costs for replacements will be the prices quoted by Amazon plus 50% to cover the cost of shipping, clearance, import duties, and Government Consumption Tax.
