• There are five bedrooms on the ground level where the dining room and kitchen are also located. On this level there are two living rooms, West and East, with a BIG screen TV (Satellite Direct Service 250 Channels, NFL package included, A level) and DVD combo music system.
• TV (Satellite Direct Service 250 Channels, NFL package included, A level) in every bedroom.
• On the upper level there are two bedrooms and another living room (equipped with 46 inch TV and refrigerator) as well as a roof top sun deck with panoramic sea view.
• The private pool is solar-heated to take the chill off in the winter months. It has an expansive deck with lots of lounge chairs. 
• Private Hot Tub on the Eastern side of the property.
• There are two verandahs on the ground floor and a large patio to the North and West of the pool, making outdoor dining an easy option.
• The dining room has two tables to accommodate a full house.
