Dr. Ronald Guttu has been visiting Silver Sands every year since 1989. He has stayed in over 12 of the homes and no doubt has his favourites. He is a leader in the dental project for Trelawny. Many of the Silver Sands Villa Home Owners donate their homes to the visiting dentists (from the USA) who provide free clinics to Jamaicans in rural areas.
